Sears heating and cooling was amazing. Wally and Jerry were amazing. Wally was out to trouble shoot the issues we were having with our 25 year old system, and explained what we needed. He was very professional and understanding when explaining everything to me. Jerry was great to deal with. He was very thorough with his work and it looked like he enjoyed what he does for Sears. Jerry was an absolute joy to talk to and the willingness to make sure everything was running smoothly and the cleanliness after he was done was amazing. Sears will be my go to in heating and cooling from here on out!

In 2025 we had to replace both AC and furnace - we’d been repairing and refilling AC for years and the time finally came. We had other companies do some of the maintenance before Sears, but have undoubtedly been most pleased with Sears. Their staff (when calling the office) and technicians have all been professional, helpful, nice, and went above what other companies have done. Joel is a technician we’ve seen multiple times now and he always has very useful and practical tips and advice to help maintain the units and make sure they operate at peak capacity. Excellent service from him each time. Installation techs when we replaced the units were also great. A+ Very glad we use SHC and would highly recommend to anyone!

Sebastian W was absolutely amazing. He looked at my disconnect and realized there was A major issue. He suggested having an electrician come and look over the issue. Once that was fixed, Sebastian returned and went over my options of repair or replacement. I feel that Sebastian took care of me and my home with care and respect.
